Disaster Preparedness:
The New Middletown Village Municipal Building (location of police, fire, and EMS) is equipped with a generator and supplies capable of supplying the community for 3 days, which is the average amount of time that it takes for FEMA to reach an area during a disaster. The Village of New Middletown also works in conjunction with the Mahoning County Emergency Management & Communications Agency.
